Rachel Tierney has worked in real estate for nearly 15 years, assisting in over 1,0000+ home sales throughout Central Florida. Rachel acquired her Real Estate license in 2014 and hit a goal within her first year selling real estate! With experience in every market shift since 2007 and as a past Director of Operations, Rachel has helped build teams, drive sales and metrics, manage CRM's and build relationships, coach and train agents all while still managing helping her family, friends and referrals with their real estate needs.

Born and raised in Orlando, Rachel's knowledge throughout the Orlando area is evident. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children anywhere they can see the water and beautiful sunsets.
